Hello everyone!
I have a bluetooth headset which was paired on my system and it was working fine. But for 2-3 days, it's not working. So I just tried option 'Remove the device' and tried to add it again. But it's giving me an error 'Adding this device to this computer failed because of an authentication error... This might be due to use of incorrect pairing code'. My system can recognize the device and show it when I use 'Add a device' option. Then after selecting the device and click on 'Next' it throws the error.
Could anyone help me to sort it out?

OS: Windows 7 professional
Bluetooth headset model: Byte DM5710BT
Notebook model: Dell inspiron N4110
Dell Download Center
Possible cause of the problem: I had installed Dell Webcam central utility on my notebook to use webcam, and after that my bluetooth headset stopped working, so I doubt that webcam software cause some changes & problem started. I removed the webcam software, but it then couldn't help at all.
One more thing, there's no any such pairing code for this device.
